My pork tenderloin wasn't defrosted, so I called on my friend: breakfast for dinner. I made dirty eggs (minced mushrooms and onions), sausage links, and rye toast. Himself passed on tomato, so I had the entire thing to myself.

Cheddar crusted roast chicken. Cheddar, green onion and black pepper biscuits with cheddar "feet." Steamed broccoli.

Craig went for seconds.

Busy, busy day.
I couldn't take it anymore, had to re-organize the walk-in Pantry with Dollar Tree plastic bins. It needed wranglin' :zorro:

Med, please tell more about that chicken!

It turned into a busy day, so we ordered take-out from Hozy's...
and shared.

Delicious, food as always.

Seared Wasabi nut crusted Ahi Big Eye Tuna, with Jasmine rice and mushrooms with red onions.
and

Chicken Cordon Bleu. Thin, boneless chicken breast rolled with Spain's jamón serrano and Gruyére cheese, breaded and sautéed, served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable side
