Bitser
Senior Cook
My wife is attempting a plant-based diet, which I share in part. But there are times when I prefer my accustomed meat, eggs, etc. Rather than using several pans and all the burners on the stove, I bought a couple divided frypans.
A two-sided one by Anolon–
And a triple skillet by NordicWare, from Lehman's.
For burritos, I can sizzle my chorizo or ground buffalo in one quarter and her veggie crumbles in the other, while heating the refried beans in the half. Besides saving energy, it also means having fewer pans to wash.
Any excuse to pick up new kitchen gear is a good one.
