I still have a goodly amount of roast beast. I'm about to make more beef gravy (with mushrooms, of course) to stretch what I have already, and add in the beef that was set aside for cold sandwiches...which we haven't used. Anything leftover tonight will be frozen for another time when I don't have quite enough leftovers for a full meal. Then I'll have back-up beef to the rescue!
 
I made pasta carbanaroid with spelt fusilli. I made a salad of two kinds of lettuce, sorrel, young rainbow chard, sliced red onion, carrot, radishes, and some chopped up garlic scapes. Topped the salad with the vinaigrette I make in batches. It was all yummy.

I went to my book club meeting last night. We just had a lot of munchies. I made crackers with cheddar and Parmesan cheese, Penzeys Ozark seasoning and smoked paprika. Forgot to take a picture of them in the basket, but here they are just out of the oven.
