Kind of a messed up day with rising very early. I didn't eat until about 2:00PM when I made a hearty omelet with green pepper, onion, ham and cheese.

Not hungry, so I'll have a snack later.

Stone Bowl Bibimbap

Fried Tofu
Stir fried Broccoli
Stir fried Bean Sprout,
Yuba ( tofu skins ) in Mushroom 'Oyster' Sauce
Shiitake Mushrooms in brown sauce ( actually left over from Saturday's Take in
Throw together 'same day' kimchee
(My wife doesn't like kimchee so none on hers)

Over rice ( Heated so the rice gets crispy on the bottom)

Busy day today, so, once again, I made a virtually no cook meal. Store bought tourtière, rice pilaf left from resto orders, roast potatoes left from resto orders, and rødkål (Danish red cabbage) that we made a while ago. I did make gravy.

We headed out to the funky little town of Matlacha to eat at Blue Dog Bar & Grill. Got in early so we could poke around some of the quirky shops. Bought a really colorful, lively print of a pufferfish - his name is Scribbles! [emoji1] Dinner was a shared plate of fried conch, then Himself had a rice and salad bowl topped with blackened tripletail and I had shrimp cakes with potato salad. I also had a cup of she-crab soup. Himself got a takeout slice of key lime pie. More leftovers...

CG, that meal sounds delish! Travel there is worth it for just even that kind of choice in meals!

and yup, I too would like to see a pic of Scribbles!

All these meals makes me want to chow down on all of them! Where do I start? Stir Fry, Salad, Sausages, Potato Gratin, Omelet

Love Scribbles!

Last night's dinner was Swedish Meatballs with mashed taters and steamed yellow squish (plural, as we had 2 yellow squash)...it was yummy and hit the spot!
