4 butterfly pork chops

Marinade
1 t. chopped garlic
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. black pepper
3 T. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 T. creole mustard
1/2 cup honey

Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over pork chops. Marinate at least 4 hours. Grill over moderate heat 6-11 minutes, basting as you cook. These are delicious and easy.

To butterfly meat, split lengthwise down the middle, cutting almost but not completely through. The two halves are then opened flat to resemble a butterfly shape. Butterfly pork chops are available at the meat counter.

I have a couple questions about this..

Is 'Dry Mustard" the same thing as 'Ground Mustard'?

And is Creole Mustard a brand of Mustard, or is it a special kind of mustard?

... Thanks!! :)

Dry Mustard = ground mustard

Creole Mustard is a type of mustard. The brand I usually see is Zatarain's. It's a good product, and I love it!
