3D/4D Browser Mouse Driver??

Can anyone tell me what this is? I had to buy a new mouse and I got this with it and don't know what it is. I know, it's probably a simple answere but I don't have a clue. It's square and thin and says 3D/4D Browser Mouse Driver on it.

Thumper, go to the makers website and see what you can find there. Maybe they have an explanation for it. It's probably nothing more than an added thing that really isn't needed.
