Hungarian stuffed peppers

Hey! I ate over at my friends house and her mom made these awesome Stuffed Hungarian Peppers. I would ask her for the recipe but i have asked her for so many i cant ask for anotherone. lol anyways. I think it was in a Betty Crocker Cookbook but when i got home and checked mine, it wasnt in it. If anyone has a recipe for these please post. Thanks in advance. .
