[In the Kitchen]

Had to bake stewing chicken due to power outage. Now have all this chicken and want to prepare special dish with baked chicken, what is your favorite dish to fix? It is already baked so would like something simple that wouldn't heat up the kitchen too long. Family doesn't want sandwiches. thanks.

Thanks that is what I will fix tonite. I thought this was recipe for chicken not cooked. Thanks for waking me up. Have to go get some ham, rolls, etc. Sounds like good combination. Probably have to double recipe for my bunch. Thanks something different.

If I have lots of extra chicken meat kicking around I like to shred it and toss it into a big pile of lettuce leaves and other veggies, drizzle with a bit of balsamic vinegar and a dab of honey, plus any herbs I'm in the mood for. Top with a sprinkle of parm and volla, meal in a bowl
