This one sounds nice.

Grilled Sirloin Steak with Mushroom Sherry Sauce
Serves: 6 – 8

2 # sirloin steak
1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 T fresh ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c fresh mushrooms
3 T olive oil
1 c cream sherry
½ c beef broth
1 t dry mustard

Combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, ginger and salt and pepper and pour over steak and marinate for several hours. Grill steak over medium-high heat until done to your liking. Meanwhile sauté mushrooms in olive oil, add sherry, beef broth and dry mustard and continue cooking for about 5 minutes more. Pour sauce over cooked steak and serve.
