Sausage and Sriracha
Here's a fast, low effort, tasty meal. The Sriracha tastes like it was made for the sausage.

2 Servings



1/3 lb White pork sausage
1 medium green pepper, rough-chopped
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
sriracha sauce

Cut the sausage up into bite size pieces.

In a skillet on medium heat, add the oil, then, when hot, add the pepper chunks. soften;
add the sausage. Stir until the sausage is well browned.

Serve with Sriracha as a dipping sauce
