If my body were a car
If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking of trading it
for a newer model. I've got bumps, dents and scratches in my finish, and my
paint job is getting a little dull, but that's not all.
My head lights are out of focus and it's especially hard to see things up
close. My traction is not as graceful as it once was. I slip and slide and
skid and bump into things even in the best of weather. My whitewalls are
stained with varicose veins. It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed. My
fuel rate burns inefficiently. But here's the worst of it-- almost every
time I sneeze, cough, or sputter..... Either my radiator leaks or my exhaust
backfires.

 At least it is a classic!! A one off, unique in every way.

The car that everyone loves and will not trade.

If my body was a car, is it any wonder I took up flying.

The old thing just gave up the ghost......

I've often compared my body to a used car.
I'm a vintage model, but I've been wrecked several times and my frame is bent.
I'm a gas guzzler, and need a quart or two of oil every time I fill up, but my engine still runs great, and I can leave all the others behind in a cloud of black smoke.

my wheels are getting threadbare and skinny, but my spare tire is filling out quite nicely. the leaf springs are getting creaky tho.
