My name is Jim Minion, BBQ is where the passion is. Started cooking as a kid,my Grandfather was a chef and always said if you like good food learn to cook.

I'm a competitive BBQ cook also teach cooking and judging.

Looking forward to interacting with the group. I do see some old friends from the BBQ world are already here.
