I wonder if I'm the only one that has this problem with leftover pork...unless it's shredded and in a spicy sauce, to me it always has a bit of a strong, funky taste. I'm talking all kinds of pork here, even leftover pork chops or grilled pork steaks. Today I ate some leftover pork roast that I knew was absolutely fine, I still got that taste.
My husband says that's just the way pork tastes, but I always love it the first night.
Am I crazy? (well, maybe I should word that differently... ) Do any of you ever notice this taste in leftover pork?
