Not exactly sure where I found this recipe at but it is a "keeper".

1 egg
2 tbsp water
8 pork loin chops(1/2" thick) I usually use only 4 since it is just the 2 of us
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp veg oil
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup, undiluted
1 can condensed french onion soup, unduluted
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
mashed potatoes

beat egg and water together in a shallow bowl. Dip chops into egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. In large skillet brown chops in veg oil. Transfer to a greased 9x13pan baking dish. Combine soups and pour over chops. Sprinkle with cheese. cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs. Serve over with mashed potatoes. Makes 8 servings or 4 of using 4 chops

Sounds good Ariesgirl. I've got about a quart of garlic mashed potatoes left over from a family dinner. This sounds like a good way to use them up.
