Hello, my name is Carey. I have been bbqing, grilling and smoking for about 7 yrs solid now after a buddy gave me a bbq book as a Christmas present. Ever since then, I have found it extremely rewarding to be in the kitchen whether indoors or outdoors, preparing good food and passing along what works best to others. I am looking forward to learning more from this forum.
