I have in the past used two different sized metal bowls in lieu of a bundt tin (in was a success, although had ropey moments).
Tonight I made a cake in our corporate let, sifting flour through a tea strainer and whipping egg whites to soft peak with a fork.....
I was wondering if any solutions anyone else had used in a tight spot would be useful to the rest of us when we find ourselves ill equipped?
