Chipotles: Straining Thru Mesh?(Urgent)

sorry for urgent but need to do this within next hour.

Gonna add some of those good greyish/beige real chipotles to some home made habanero hotsauce im making.

im reconstitutingthem now in purified water.

When they are ready, should i just throw them in the food processor with the rest?

or should i use a mesh strainer, and scrape the pulp through the strainer using a large metal spoon?

If it were me I would just throw then in and process them without straining, but it is personal preference. Either way will work.
