recipe - Taiwanese tasty meat, great with white rice and noodles

Ingredients:
  • 1 White Onion
  • 3 pieces of garlics
  • half a cup of dark soy sause(more if not enough color)
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 lbs of ground pork
  • water
  • 1/2 cup of starch(more if not sticky enough)
  • 1/2 cup of chinese radish
  • 2-3 t-spoon of salt
  • 7 cubes of brown sugar
Instructions:
  1. Cut onions into small pieces
  2. slice up garlics
  3. heat up the wok with the oil, high heat for electric stoves
  4. dump the garlic and onions in the wok and stir and fry for a minute
  5. dump the meat in the wok
  6. dump the soy sauce in the wok
  7. dump the chinese radish in the wok
  8. dump the salt in the wok
  9. dump the brown sugar in the wok
  10. start giving the meat some good mixing with the soy sauce for a couple minutes
  11. dump 1/2 cup of water in the wok and mix well
  12. as it dries up, evenly srpinkle the starch in while stirring
  13. keep repeating step 8 and 9 if needed, until the food looks cooked and sticky, not watery or dry.
when done, serve on white rice or noodles.
