Not a problem, I just told Michelle, that the spinach was locally grown a friends dad, we picked it, cleaned it and then froze it so I know it's safe..I'd not buy any bagged or fresh for some time just to be safe. Plus, if I didn't have this spinach, I think I'd get some swiss chard or another type of greens and use that instead, In fact I love chard and use it a lot instead of spinach when I make a torta.

Even though jkath slipped in several votes for #1, :lol: #3 was the one that came out on top so stuffed pork chops is the one we will be having. thanks for your help. Don't worry the spinach is safe it was home grown, but if I didn't have it, I'd use some other type of greens maybe a swiss chard..
