Chef & holiday

an official Chef-to-be, Lord willing, & family may be asking for dinner.

Which holiday are you referring to? And, a good test of chef-abilities is being able to adapt to all sorts of situations. I'm sure if you can master french techniques, you'll be fine with a crown roast of pork...or something along those lines.

So, which holiday??

Well... maybe you can give us a hint as to what you concider french meals and subtle meals?

Assuming the holiday is Columbus Day, an Italian meal might be appropriate.
