Stumbled across this site and am trying to contain myself!!! I'm so glad I found DC. I'm not certain that I have an abundance of info. to offer, but I'll try. Mainly,(selfish me) I'm looking forward to what I may be able to glean from your postings. There are so many of you who are involved in the food industry, I'm wondering if I fit in.
I've lived in a number of places including China, several U.S. states and have travelled in Asia and minimally elsewhere. By far my favorite place has been Italy. I love the food, the people, Tuscany,the light, the smells...the gelato.
I've always loved to cook, eat and watch (and listen) to others who eat what I make.
Besides, shopping for food and preparing it, I paint, do Wu Ji Tai Chi, read cookbooks, garden and work off extra lbs at the gym. I live in southern New Jersey.
