Channukah Brunch

I want to do a brunch for some friends here in our condo. I of course shall make Latkes and have sour cream and apple sauce to serve with them. But...what else can I serve?....smoked salmon/cream cheese/sliced purple onion/capers with bagels? Need more food than that.....anyone have an idea or two?

I think a savoury noodle kugel would be fabulous. Too keep it lighter add some veggies.

Thanks devora: I did think of a kugel....lots of starches, but hey, it'll be so good no one will mind....LOL.....I really want to use "Jewish" type foods as most of my guests are not familiar with our foods....

Your Hanukkah Brunch sounds like a good idea. You definitely must make Noogle Kugel with raisins and lots of cinnamon.

This is a most delicious dish! I made it for dinner, but it would be perfect for a brunch!
