breezy, that sounds delicious. i love crabmeat stuffed flounder. and i like the fact that you didn't try to stretch the stuffing with breadcrumb filler, or some such thing. just crab and flavorings.

ya know, i don't think that i've ever used mayo in cooking. not on anything but sammiches. i'll have to give this one a try.

btw, were the "individual sized oval casserole dishes" also known as gratin dishes?
