Flank Steak Recipes

Hi everyone,

I had two flank steaks. Last week i made an Italian Rolled Steak with one. It was yummy! Any thoughts on other recipes for my second flank steak?

You could marinate and grill it, then slice it across grain and serve. Works in fajitas or as steak.

You could stuff and roll it. Last week I stuffed one with portobello mushrooms, spinach and feta cheese.

You can use it the same way as skirt steak so if you have any recipes for that then they will work.

Oops i did not check on this post for a while.

Well I marinated and grilled the flank steak. Sliced it thin. I made an orzo salad to go with it. It was good but i think i like the stuffed rolled Italian flank steak better.
Next time i will just get one . It's just that they were on sale.
