Easy Microwave Fudge

This is the easiest fudge recipes I have ever tried. It always comes out creamy & GOOD. Too good because I can't leave it alone.


MICROWAVE FUDGE

3 C. chocolate chips 1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 C. margarine 1 C. nuts

Place all ingredients, except nuts in large bowl and microwave until choc. chips are melted, 3-5 minutes,
stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts and pour in well greased dish, 8X8 inch. Refrigerate until set.

Substitute 1 C. peanut butter chips for chocolate chips for peanut butter fudge.

ahhhhh..another great use for the microwave.. I think college students or single people like me, like recipes like this.
