Making Cookies with Bread Flour?

Can cookies be made with bread flour? I want to make cookies but dont feel like running to the store. lol. Thanks

It should work but I don't think you will need as much bread flour. Only put in 1/4 cup at a time and stir and add another 1/4 cup as needed. You will know when it turns into cookie dough.

I have used bread flour (also in moments of desperation, LOL). The cookies turned out fine. Go for it -

Alton Brown's "The Chewy" uses Bread Flower... So, I can't see why it wouldn't work for you..
