As you may recall, I offer a brief description- you name the dish
1. French cold leek and potato soup
2. French chowder with several kinds of fish
3. French beef tenderloin, made for two
4. French paste with goose liver
5. French dish from eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, etc. served hot or cold
6. French egg and bacon savory pie
7. French sauce with egg yolk, mustard, and tabasco
8. The above sauce with tarragon and vinegar added
9. French orange flaming dish
10. Roast beef covered with Pâté de fois gras, wrapped in pastry and baked
11. Greek popular beef "sandwich"
12. Greek dish with sliced eggplant and ground lamb or beef that are layered, then baked.
13. Jewish stuffed egg pancake
14. Mid-Eastern paste with crushed sesame seeds
15. Mid-East thin sliced dough
16. Mediterranean honey dessert
17. Scottish tea treat
18. Sheep Innards and oatmeal

18/20 here. I missed the Quiche Lorraine (had the quiche right, just didn't think to go further), and of course, the menudo.

I think phyllo dough is pressed or stretched out, not sliced?
