Dunno if it is authentic, but the chicken adobo recipe they
brought back is tasty! LOL

Welcome to DC Susan, like you I am new to this site. I think we are in for lots of help, information and some great recipes. I looked at the recipes connected with your thread......they look very good. I think I may try the ice-cream recipe!
