Hi I am new here and would like to find out how to make pork products from scratch, since I am now raising pigs in Thailand.

anyone want to share recipes on making bacon or smoking hams,

anyone know where i can find a butchering chart for pigs.

Welcome to DC, jaym! The closest I come to what you want to do is to buy the end product from the locals who do it. I'm sure, though, that someone here can help; there are some very knowledgeable folks here.

Hi, jaym. Welcome to DC. I can't help you with your question, but there are probably others here who will have answers. Although, off the top of my head, I hope you hear from ronjohn55. He makes something called buckboard bacon that looks and sounds delicious.
