Hello from Spain!

Hello everybody!!

I am a cook @ home Spaniard, living in Madrid.

I'm 31 & married, no kids (I hope have a few some day...) and work at my own Internet advertising company.

I totally looove cooking, but have no professional cualifications I would love to some day but... who knows...

I am quite active at spanish cooking forums but have never done so in english forums. I also have a flog, am I allowed to post the link?

Sorry if my English is rusty, I was born in Canada and lived there until I was 10, I read and watch tons of TV but rarely write in English sooooooooo... I tend to spanish-ize english words and vice-versa so... bare with me!
