My name is Dave and I am from Scranton, Pennsylvania. If you are familiar with the show "The Office", then you probably know a little bit about Scranton (that is where it's said to take place). Anyway, I am new to this forum and I am excited to be a member of this forum!

Had a friend from work who was from Scranton. He referred to himself as a Hunky, as do I. He belonged to a fraternal organization called the Oddfellows Club. Is either term familiar to you?

Hi ya Dee, welcome to DC!! I am quite familiar with Scranton, I spent several months there, as it was the hometown of my ex. (Incidentally his name was Dave too...) It was in the early 90s so probably it must have been changed a lot since then, but I liked Turnabe's Pizzas, Coney Island's Texas Wieners and Tom & Jerrys... Do you know them, are they still there?
