I Just had these today from a friend . They are great!

pumpkin cookie

1 box Spice cake mix
1 -15 0z canned pure pumkin

mix the 2 together and drop onto to parchment paper.
bake 350 for 10-15 min until firm. Depending on your oven.

they are so moist . I had my doubts when she told me about them, then she made them and brought them to me.

So naturally I had to make them myself. so quick and easy.

Really, just 2 ingredients? They sound too good to be true! Maybe I'll try those this weekend. Thanks!

It was hard for me to believe at first, what no eggs, no oil ??? Hey it works and like i said they are really good. soft and moist.
Its like the oreo ones I make, 1 pkg of oreos crush and mix with 1 -8oz soften cream cheese, form into balls and dip into melted chocolate.

Love these kind of cookies quick and easy.

I make these as well, but into muffins. Top with cream cheese frosting and enjoy! It's good with a chocolate cake mix too. I'd bet it's good with cinnamon swirl cake mix as well!

I tried these with choc cake mix. They were OK, hubby's gram loved them so, I'm trying them with yellow cake mix today. I'll let you know how they turned out.
