Pork instead of beef?

I have a kikkoman brocolli beef stir fry seasoninh mix packet for a stir fry.

Would it be so bad to use pork instead of beef?

You'll be fine. That's the great thing about stir-frying. You can combine whatever meat, veggies, sauces, etc. you are in the mood for.

You should be ok using pork. I once had my younger brother thaw out and rinse what I thought was beef and made a stir fry.It turned out to be a corned beef brisket I had frozen. Now that was wierd!

But pork should be good!

You can subsitute beef for pork on any given day and you'll be not just fine but much better. Not so when you have to substitute the beef for pork.
