Bilby, it's a salad. Not savory at all, but not dessert either. It's made with crushed pineapple, melted marshmallows, cream cheese, nuts and lime Jell-O. It's a recipe that's been in my family for several generations and is now lovingly called "green" salad by the present generation.

It sounds lovely Katie but I think I would have it for dessert! I am such a sucker for pineapple dishes <sighs and drools>...

It's pretty awesome, Bilby. Our children would never forgive me if I didn't make it for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. I'll post the recipe in a little while so you can enjoy it, too.
