Hello everyone,

I just spontaneously joined this forum tonight since I'm always surfing the net in the kitchen as I'm cooking. I'm a self taught cook, and am obsessed with always learning to cook something new or better. Even though I'm using a Greek user name, I love cooking all types of food (The user name is actually a tribute to my yaya who introduced me to cooking). Looking forward to chatting with people that are as crazy as I am with cooking.
