The Veal Brisket is a definite leftover dish...I guess you will have to stick to the typical Scalapini recipe!! Or invite company :roll:

good idea chez suz. But something is lost in the translation from VB to S. I love stuffed veal breast, but try it with a bone-in veal chop and not as good. Ah well, maybe it will be on a menu sometime.
 
Good point Norgeskog...my veal brisket is a far cry from my veal scalapini marsala..both good..but very different. Oh Well...maybe you should reconsider leftovers...my husband leaves things over on purpose!!
