Dinner of the 4th of January...

Probably a salad for me with a glass of iced tea or hot, depending on how cold it is where I am.

How about you? What's anyone doing for dinner tonight?

suziquzie 01-04-2008 07:22 AM

Have to work in the morning, so something with not alot of dishes!
A casserole maybe of some sort? Or "hot dish" as they say out here.
"They" say that. I don't.

Tuna Bake.

jkath 01-04-2008 10:28 AM

It should be raining here soon, so some nice warm French Dips with gruyere, tomato and avocado slices will do the trick here. (and yet another lemon/orange dessert no doubt)

I'm still deciding on lunch. Dinner will either be clean out the fridge night or maybe breakfast for dinner.

Flourgirl 01-04-2008 02:37 PM

I'm making a pot of french lentils cooked with a ham bone to serve over rice pilaf.
