Good morning -

My DH has been doing the majority of our cooking for several years and I am trying to get back into it. I am making top sirloin roast for dinner, but do not know how long I need to have it out of the fridge (3.5 lb.) before it can go in the oven. Any help out there????

I would say at least 30 minutes to an hour. I usually let my roasts sit for an hour at room temp before browning or placing in an oven.
