I have the tenderloin rubbed with my mixture. Should I brown the tenderloin before baking, or should I just pour a bit of oil on the pork and bake?

Me, I do this....Brown first...go straight to the oven....remove when you get 145* in the thickest part...let it rest...while it's resting sprinkle on a little more of the rub.;)

Enjoy!

I won't, I figured maybe 30 minutes or so, but I do have the thermometer in the tenderloin. Thanks again!
