I am trying to get my lunch stuff ready for this week, which includes sandwich stuff.

I once saw a site or a magazine article, something like that, where there were different 'spiced' mayo recipes. I want to do a mayo with garlic flavor in it. Anyone have any ideas on the technique. It has to be quick and simple, because it is already late and I need to get to bed.

Thanks, y'all are awesome!

Well you can make aoili, which is basically a home-made mayo with garlic, but that's more than you want to do right now, I'm sure. Why not just take some cloves of garlic, smack them with the side of your chef's knife to get the skins off and make a paste with a little salt and add it to your mayonnaise? Maybe someone else has a better idea?

What Karen mentioned is going to be the quickest for right now. It would be better to roast a head of garlic and then smash the cloves and add to your mayo when you have time.
