Anyone make these before? I am going to bake some tonight and wondering how to make them with sour cream and onion.

Only thing I can think of is using sour cream powder and onion powder, mixing them and sprinkle on the chips.

Hi, you can add some cheese and "muscat" nut (I do not know the name in English....), and salt and pepper to the cream

Bake??? Most chips are fried... We have restaurants that serve them hot!! Very tasty.

Baked is obviously better for you.. I wouldn't worry about the sour cream, just dust them with salt, garlic powder and onion powder. They should be rather tasty.

Potato Chips

Add onion powder and have some sour cream in a dish and scoop the chip in
the sour cream. Sliced on a Japanese slicer ...thin and baked. Excellent.
Deleted the salt, deleted the fat. AND yes, they are fine tasting.

I've only ever fried them and cooked just what I was eating then and there. Very quick.
I didn't know they made powdered sour cream. I was thinking ranch seasoning may duplicate the taste.

but I'm guessing you are making what we call crisps, sour cream and chives are a popular dip for them
