Another New Kid on the Block

Hi~

I'm another new kid on the block and wanted to say HELLO!

I'm the Brownie Lady, aka Vanessa. I love in beautiful Williamsburg, VA and have 3 teenagers (ALL boys!). I love to cook but I'm nothing great. For the most part. I just follow recipes and tweak them a little to suit our tastes. Occasionally I make up a recipe and when it's good, I get very excited! I'm here to learn form you all, but can't promise being very active as I am a single mom of those 3 boys AND I home school them, so my time is very limited.

When I'm not transporting someone to work or teaching, I'm in the kitchen which gives me much needed calm and peace.

I'll probably spend most of my time here (at first) just reading, but I look forward to posting as well.
