Welcome to the boards! As you will see from my details <look to the left> I live in Scotland and have a different perspective from many on these boards!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome Sancho. Omelets are a great start. You can add just about anything and have them taste yummy.

As for Archi, I'd say you look alittle to the right from where I sit! Ha!
Pray tell, what's your perspective?
