A can of beef in gravy, can of sliced mushrooms, 4 oz. sour cream, egg noodles, garlic powder.


Put the mushrooms in a pan, lightly fry in oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder(or use fresh garlic). Pour in the beef in gravy out of the can. Cook the egg noodles. stir the sour cream into the beef/mushrooms and serve. Very tasty. I buy everything at the dollar store... (ok, the Beef is $2).

Grilled sandwiches

Don't forget. You can create a good hot meal by taking a ham and cheese sandwich and making it a grilled ham and cheese. The same can be said for many sandwiches including peanut butter and jelly!
