Anyone eating?
I buzzed up and froze 8 plants worth of genovese basil and 6 plants of lemon basil.
I think pesto is in order..... if the smell of it doesn't make me barf by the end of the day!
How about you?

Is that what you're having for dinner suzi??
We're heading out in about 30 minutes for Salamanca, NY for some gambling. We will be eating out somewhere....I think there's a steak house in the casino. that may sound good! At least I'm not cooking!!

Actually I changed my mind already...
I have alot of yellow summer squash to use up, I'm going to grill it then toss it with some pasta, garlic and parm cheese.

"Gumbo".
Actually it is a Luzianne box "creole" dinner. I add leeks and onions and garlic and tomatoes and celery and okra and green pepper and shrimp and sausage and it isn't bad at all.

I had a single sirloin steak in the freezer. (How that happened I'll never know!) I'm living alone this week while DH is away for business. I'm going to grill the steak and have some kind of veggie. Haven't decided between broccoli, peas, green beans or corn from the freezer. Will cook whatever I feel like at dinner time.

Not sure yet,
I have about 3/4 lb. of steamed shrimp and 5 steamed blue fin crabs leftover from yesterday. Guess I'll try to do something with those.

I dont know where this falls. but yesterday for todays lunch i made spinach and ricotta stuffed chicken with a tomato cream sauce.

thats my late lunch for today.

tomorrow pan seared chicken with brushetta

Busy with my mexican date nite dinner preperations for tomorrow so it's leftovers. I've "tasted" such a lot along the way I'm not hungry anymore anyway :)

Bow tie (farfalle) pasta with shrimp, pesto, roasted red peppers and crumbled feta.

Need something else, maybe asparagus or green beans.

The discussion about "Do you like Chinese Food?" made me hungry. Steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic & tomato stir-fry over white rice, (frozen) egg roll, & pineapple for dessert.

I did not do tacos last night, so it is what's for dinner tonight! I have some left over skirt steak that I want to dice up and use in the tacos as well.

Well it's family night here. Will served the darlings rigatoni with meatsauce, salad, bread and applecrisp with ice cream for dessert. I also have some gouda cheese from the cheese lady in Prince Edward's Island. Wine for dh and me and beer for the others.
