Hi All:

Making tuna burgers (flaked tuna, celery, seasonings, bound with egg and crushed cheese crackers) tonight, and am stumped as to what to serve them with. Some sort of salad? Tired of the same old green salads. Or some other vegetable? I know this is a creative bunch!!

Thanks,
Jan

You can always go with some kind of rice. One of my family's faves is to add cream cheese, butter, milk and powdered Ranch dressing to cooked rice. Mix together until cheese is melted and serve.

Macaroni or shells with (white cheddar) Cheeeeeese

Coleslaw

Cold pasta salad

Potato salad

Dill pickles on the side

mac and cheese with veggies (broc, zucchini, peppers...whatever works for your family)
or potato salad or potato gratin
