I’m writing an article on finding, cooking, and growing mushrooms in the area of Berkshire County, MA. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on the subject.
Where do you get your mushrooms? What kind are your favorites to cook with? Do you know of any suppliers in the Berkshire region? Have you tried growing your own? Do you have any experience foraging? Do you have any experience with mail order mushrooms?
