Baking fish

I am new to this forum. I have a Foodsaver here and I would like to know if I can bake my fish in a seal a meal bag. Thank you.

I second that - don't do it. The Foodsaver plastic isn't meant for baking applications.

I don't think so to bake fish in plastic, or seal. It's not a good idea. You'd rather bake it in baking plate.

I imagine that you could place the bagged fish in barely simmering water to cook it. I would think that it would be rather bland though without any seasonings.
