We all got together today for lunch a swim and lots of fun..We had loaves of warm Italian bread,cut the long way and brushed with garlic butter and then topped with shredded Jack, A nice green salad with tomatoes,avocado, sweet red onion slices.evoo and red wine vinegar, then to go with it we grilled shrimp and scallops that we had marinated in beer,evoo, OJ,thyme,salt and fresh ground pepper. We then all dove in and ate dunking the shrimp and scallops in melted butter with chopped fresh lemon-thyme. There is nothing so good as melted butter running down your chin
