Can I freeze roast beef in freezer ziplock lock bags?

I've kind of went gun ho on the stuff and purchased 3 pounds of it, lol!

Anyways I like to freeze 2 pounds of the stuff , is it possible?

Sure you can.Just make sure you get as much air out of it as you can.

Mark what it is and the date..Mystery meats a drag :)

LOL!!!!!! You know it! :)

Let my husband put things away..Last time I did that!

I wouldn't use Zip Lock bags for long time storage.
I use the vacuum sealer and I have kept meat over a year.
You have to get the air out to prevent freezer burn.

Hey I see a fellow Nevadian, I was born in Ellie Nevada, I wish my mom never moved from Nevada to Michigan.

Anyways Charlie, I will most likely eat up the Roast Beef before a year is up and probably before 2 months is up

If you can manage to get as much air out of it as possible, most definitely. I do it myself and it really works.

You can freeze anything you want, the question should be, what will the quality be when thawed. In this case, as in many others, not as good as fresh.
